Confessions
I ate way too much chocolate this weekend. I had a whole bag of Snickers fun size bars, half on Friday and the rest for breakfast on Saturday (ha!). Okay, and E had two of them, I think. But still. Then yesterday, I had a bunch of Dove milk chocolate almond squares. Mmmm... I don't know why, but when I get stressed, I want chocolate. You know how people reach for comfort foods. Chocolate is my comfort food. I could honestly eat chocolate morning noon and night. I can never be sick of it. I think this is my official coming out. Hi, my name is Kiki, and I am a chocoholic. The first step is recognizing that I have a problem. The rest is learning how to deal with my "chocolate dependency."

I just want you to know that the first thing I thought when I saw that was "wow, that sounds good!"
I love chocolate, too. Oddly enough, neither of my unplanned splurges was on chocolate. Go figure.
Maybe you can spin it out of your system?
For the record, I went home and ate about 12 mini-Butterfingers.

My first thought too was Yumm, Snickers! I too love my chocolate & will give up anything but that. Sometimes I need that one thing for comfort. But figuring out how much I need of it is still a puzzle. Have a good week.
Hah! At least you realize your addiction!! And what a yummy addiction it is!
I refused to buy any chocolate candy for Halloween because I knew I would eat it!
French fries are my comfort food : /
Thank goodness there is always tomorrow, to get back on the healthy eating track.
Yes, yes, yes.
While I love chocolate as well, my downfall today was Skittles. And Sour Patch Kids. And some homemade pumpkin bread w/ cream cheese filling. And then some more Skittles.
*ugh* Just writing all that makes me feel sick!
it's my comfort food, too - you are not alone, my dear.
I'm a total chocoholic, too! Sadly, last week I had more mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Hershey's Kisses than I'd like to admit.
It's okay. We still love you. =)
I love chocolate, too, but there is a point where I get sick of it (I know, blasphemy!). My comfort food is pizza- I think I could live off it. Then again, I also love carb-y stuff like muffins, breads, pancakes, etc.
Maybe you could take a bath with chocolate syrup to soothe your stress, without the calories?
