Focusing on making life changes will help deliver your ultimate goal. Don't deprive yourself. One of the best things I did to lose my weight was have one splurge meal a week. May have been breakfast or dinner or desert. I usually went out for it and only ate half of whatever I got. I didn't feel like I talked the week and I didn't feel like I was depriving myself...which usually would be how I tanked the week :)You learned a lot in 2008..you'll see that more and more in the coming months. Keep up the great work.
